PLUS Group are looking to recruit an additional 5 apprentices to their administration team.
Previous experience is not necessary, it’s personality and attitude that counts. The work can be challenging though, but you will always have plenty of support and the opportunity for continued learning.
At PLUS Group they appreciate that during a formal interview they don’t always get to see the best of people, as it can often be a stressful experience. So they’ll always try to make you feel at ease, they just want to get to know you.
We have worked with PLUS Group for several years now and when they take on an apprentice, it is with the sole intention of offering them a permanent position at the end of the apprenticeship.
So, if you are interested in business administration and are committed to completing a 12-month apprenticeship, this is the perfect opportunity for you to join their growing team.
What will you be doing?
The successful applicants will have a variety of duties, including:
- Making and receiving telephone calls
- Updating internal administration systems and excel
- Photocopying and scanning
- Sending and receiving emails (via Outlook)
- Greeting visitors to the office
- Other general administration duties
How important is the role?
The role of a PLUS administrator is extremely important to them, the support of the administration team is crucial to the success of their business, and you could be part of it.
What support can you expect?
Apprentices will receive ongoing training and support from both tpm and PLUS Group. On successful completion of the administration apprenticeship, you will be awarded a level 2 apprenticeship qualification.
They also operate a buddy system to help you settle in. On your very first day, you will be introduced to another team member who will take care of you, they will make sure you feel at home.
