Learner Feedback: Help Us Keep You Satisfied!

tpm learners – we need your help!

Learner feedback is so important. We want to make sure that all tpm learners are satisfied (and hopefully more than satisfied) with our training and support services. To do this, we need to regularly gather and analyse your views and feedback. This will tell us what we are getting right and what we need to improve.

Brian and the tpm team have been working with customer experience specialists Insight6 for the last six months. And we now have a brand new user-friendly system of email satisfaction surveys. A learner feedback survey will be automatically emailed to you at four key points during your training journey with tpm.

Learner Feedback: your experience of tpm

Each survey will ask you to think about a different theme of your experience with tpm. The themes are:

  • Onboarding (what was it like enrolling and starting your journey?)
  • On-programme (how is the teaching/training and support)
  • Offboarding (completing your training)
  • Next Steps (your progression after your training)

The surveys only take five minutes or so to complete. All information you provide will tell us what our strengths are and what things we need to improve.

Please look out for these emailed surveys that will arrive in your inbox approximately every three months. It’s so important that you complete them! tpm is YOUR college and we want to provide you with what you need to develop professionally and personally. So it’s down to you to use these surveys to tell us what you like and what you don’t.
