Charlotte began her journey with tpm in May 2018 when she started a Traineeship. The Traineeship gave her the confidence and skills to progress on to an Intermediate Childcare Apprenticeship. With great dedication and the support of tpm and her employer, Little Angels in Woolton Charlotte moved on to an Advanced Apprenticeship. She completed the course this month, despite the challenges of the pandemic.
