One of our tpm level 2 apprentices for April is Leanne Jones. Leanne is fairly new on the programme, but since starting has shown a positive attitude to her learning. Leanne continues to complete all of the work set for her and will ask for more to help her to move forward. She completed her first observation to a really high standard showing how she was able to work with a child who was deaf and carried out sign language alongside another member of staff. Leanne has been attending all classes (maths, English, theory) and is progressing very well.
