“From the start, Megan has shown responsibility and commitment to the job and her qualification. She settled in the office very quickly and proved very open to learning. She has impressed her employer, who has always had praise for Megan. Megan is an independent learner, meets targets and completes all work on time. In the last seven months on the programme, she has never fallen behind, has kept all appointments and completed all work to excellent standards. She fully deserves to be nominated as learner of the month as she has all qualities expected of an apprentice: responsibility, professionalism, positive attitude to work, good time management and ability to commit and complete the qualification.”
