Sarah decided against 6th form despite working hard at school and achieving her GCSEs. She was keen to start working and earning. After working as a cashier for a while, she applied to tpm for an apprenticeship at The Dyslexia Foundation. Within a year she was earning more than in her previous job and achieved her intermediate apprenticeship supported by tpm. She progressed onto an advanced apprenticeship and was promoted to Communications and Fundraising Officer. Sarah now works in the NHS administration team for the community at Alder Hey Hospital. She has been in post two years and says her apprenticeships with tpm were instrumental in helping her secure the post.
