Stephanie is currently completing her Customer Service Apprenticeship with SK Medical. When Stephanie started her course, she was worried about talking to customers and dealing with telephone enquiries. Still, with determination and commitment and support from tpm and her employers, her confidence has grown. She has impressed her tutors and employer with her willingness to learn and positive attitude.
