Suzanne worked as a Police Officer for 20 years. She brings a wealth of experience about dealing with children and vulnerable adults. She can identify safe environments for young people as well as recognise and avoid risk or make change.

Suzanne has worked in a Child Protection role for over 8 years, identifying, investigating and supporting young victims, the offenders and the supporting roles of both sides. This involved work with partner agencies such as Social Services, Housing, Education, Job Centre as well as other professionals in Health Care, Physically and Psychologically and additionally worked with Registered Sex Offenders for 8 years managing and monitoring them in the community.

Suzanne is a mum and has a 7-year-old son and is step mother to two children.
