A bit about me
After leaving school I completed a diploma in childcare and education. I’ve worked in nurseries, schools, afterschool, breakfast club facilities and hospitals which included roles such as SENCO and deputy manager. I’ve been with tpm for 14 years and have had a variety of roles such as assessor, lead assessor, IQA, childcare manager, BA manager and now apprenticeship manager.
My job role
In my job I ensure I manage and co-ordinate all apprenticeship programmes and associated clients and staff. I ensure programme delivery, maintenance and development meets agreed company targets and business plan aims. It is also important I monitor assessment staff performance against targets to meet the ESFA contract.
My main interests include spending time with my family, travelling to new destinations, attending music concerts and reading.
