A bit about me During the past 25 years I have worked in the UK and abroad, including working in nurseries and teaching. I have 10 years’ experience working with tpm where I now work as receptionist. I have had various front of house roles in the past but I am also a qualified assessor, internal verifier and have BTEC L3 in dyslexia awareness and L4 in management.
My job role I am passionate about customer service and enjoy the challenge of dealing with a busy reception area. Having previous knowledge of the company and roles within has enabled me to direct enquiries to the correct people and I enjoy providing a friendly, welcoming reception for our users and guests to arrive at.
My interests I love to be around people and enjoy spending time with my family & friends. When I do get the chance, I like to read crime novels or find a good box set.
