A bit about me
I have recently left school and started a Customer Service Apprenticeship in tpm. I love painting and drawing in my own time. I also enjoy reading and writing.
My role
My role is to work with Data, Quality and Finance leads in an administrative role and support them in their tasks. In addition, I handle enquiries, responding to both internal and external customers. I also communicate with employers, cover reception and help several other staff members as I work towards my Customer Service Standard. This includes helping out in initial assessments with learners, creating paperwork for the Sales team and following up paperwork required by the ESFA.
