About me
My background is in customer service, and I have gained valuable experience and transferable skills from working within various business sectors. From the hotel trade and retail industry to multiple roles within the civil service, from helping employers advertise vacancies online and other platforms, to administering and assisting clients in claiming their state retirement pension.

My last employment was in the educational sector for 16 years, where I managed the day to day running of a busy reception on a large campus—dealing with a variety of enquiries from learners, staff and visitors, amongst a thousand and one other tasks. I thrive in a busy environment, love a challenge and enjoy being around people, striving to provide a friendly welcome to all service users.

My Role
I am new to tpm and enjoying my position as Reception Lead. I aim to deliver a high level of customer service, welcoming all learners and visitors alike and gaining knowledge of what tpm offers, developing my skills further and responding to enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

In my spare time, I do a lot of yoga and recently took up pilates. I like spending time in the garden, doing DIY projects and enjoy baking. I like to wind down with good series on Netflix, enjoy spending time with my family and friends, holidays and walking our dog Boo.
