A bit about me
I have worked in several businesses and children’s nurseries. At tpm, I support learners who are on based with employers whilst working towards business administration qualifications. Learners are observed and assessed on how well they do certain tasks in the workplace – so basically, I help them prepare for these assessments by giving them one-to-one advice, making sure they have the knowledge and understanding to do well, and ensuring they have lots of practice.

My qualifications include Level 4 Institute for Leadership and Management qualification; PTLLS L3; A1 Assessor’s Award; CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education, including Level 3 in English

My teaching style
I teach each learner on a one-to-one basis which helps build their confidence and self-esteem as they develop the experience, knowledge and skills.

My interests
Spending time with family and friends, listening to music and attending live concerts
