A bit about me

I have worked in a variety of childcare settings including schools, nurseries and working as a nanny. I’ve been at tpm for almost 11 years, where I’ve progressed from assessor to IQA. My qualifications include PTLLS, A1 assessors aware, IQA internal quality assurance award, CACHE level 3 Diploma in childcare and education, Level 3 award in English.

My teaching style

I enjoy working on a one to one basis with the learners and assessors. I enjoy coming up with new ideas for the learners and assessors to use in their role.

My main goal is to ensure that learners get the support they need to achieve their qualification and that they enjoy the journey. I also support and guide assessment staff with any new developments in the childcare sector.  

My interests

My interests include spending time with my family walking, watching movies and making memories.
