A bit about me
I have worked in the training sector on the recruitment and sales side of the business for over 30 years, dealing with learners and employers alike to secure successful apprenticeships for young people.

My job role
I oversee the sales team but also work directly with employers, supporting them to recruit their ideal candidates. I also work with potential candidates giving them advice and guidance on career options and helping them into employment. I work hand in hand with schools across the borough to engage and progress pupils to their desired outcome after leaving school. I am very passionate about helping young people find the career of their choice.
