tpm is recruiting for an apprentice at Keybanks in West Derby Village, who provide high-quality property services. This exciting apprenticeship position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated recent school leaver or another ambitious individual. The successful applicant will help provide the highest level of service to customers and assist with general administrative and client service tasks.




  • Booking property viewings
  • Answering phone calls
  • Monitoring and responding to emails
  • Assisting colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so
  • Customer service duties
  • Administrative duties

The company will provide on-the-job training and support. In addition, tpm will provide off-the-job training to help you develop the skills to carry out your job role.


Qualification acquired through apprenticeship

This apprenticeship will qualify you to provide a high-quality professional service to customers, from the workplace, digitally, or at customers’ locations.

Progression prospects

Successful recruits who prove themselves in their job role and complete their apprenticeship may be able to continue their training on a higher-level apprenticeship such as the Business Administrator Standard (L3)


Throughout your apprenticeship, you will have ongoing support from your personal tutor at tpm to help you achieve your qualifications and also to help you with additional support for developing your personal or workplace skills.
