tpm invites applications for an apprenticeship position at SK Medical, a fantastic employer with a long history of recruiting apprentices who build very successful careers. The position is based at the company offices in Wavertree Business Park.

 

The vacancy is for an individual to support customer service and administration in an office environment. The apprenticeship includes professional training so you will develop the skills needed to perform well in your job. Your training will be provided by tpm, who will also help you prepare for interview.

 

Duties

  • Dealing with internal and external enquiries via telephone and e-mail
  • Greeting customers
  • General customer service duties
  • Providing some office administration support
  • Supporting a safe and healthy workplace
  • Photocopying, filing and other office duties

 

 Qualification acquired through apprenticeship

  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as being able to work independently

Progression prospects

Successful recruits who prove themselves in their job role and complete their apprenticeship may be able to continue their training on a higher-level apprenticeship such as the Business Administrator Standard (L3)

 

Support

Throughout your apprenticeship, you will have ongoing support from your personal tutor at tpm to help you achieve your qualifications. In addition, they will provide additional support for developing your personal or workplace skills.

 

Hours

Monday-Friday, 9 am to 5/5.30pm

 

Salary

From £10,000 per year
